The most common question that I get for public speaking: “How do I eliminate my filler words?’
You know – the umms, uhhhs and likes.
Most people use them subconsciously but then immediately become conscious of them as soon as they watch themselves on video.
(It’s one of the reasons why watching yourself back on camera for the first few times can be cringey).
The good news is: filler words can be eliminated.
But you need to strategically practice it.
In this video, I outline exactly how you can practice eliminating filler words.
